Direct  method software ( SIR suite ) help solve/refine  the structure ab-initio from electron diffraction intensities

SIR 2008 

SIR suite starts with SIR92, evolved into SIR97 and into SIR2004. The latest version is SIR2006, SIR2008 ; SIR92 is able to solve structures up to about 100 atoms in the asymmetric unit from X-ray single crystal data.

SIR97 is able to solve structures from single crystal data up to 200 atoms in the asymmetric unit:  X-ray as well as neutron as well as electron diffraction data are allowed. Download for free  from:
